It was at the age of 15 that Dakota began taking his first dance lessons with Bruno Moreira, one of the most recognized and talented Hip-Hop choreographers in Switzerland. After 3 magnificent years with Mr Moreira, the need to create by himself and become a choreographer led him to form his own group: WLS CREW.

This “Crew” of dancers allows him to win the victory three times
at the Swiss Hip-Hop Championships.

Always more motivated to get involved in the world of dance, he joined with Christian Wiedmer (one of the dancers of the WLS CREW) to open their own dance school in Martigny in 2012 : WLS STUDIO, with which they have the opportunity to present themselves on three occasions in the international competition «Hip-Hop International» in the United States.

A few years later, Dakota moved to the United States for 7 months
to improve his dance in the leading dance schools of Los Angeles,
as the MILLENIUM STUDIO, the MOUVEMENT LIFE STYLE STUDIO and the DEBBIE REYNOLDS STUDIO.

On his return and with the desire to go ever higher, Dakota forms the duo with Nadia Ladeiras. Together they won the World of Dance Switzerland competition in 2017 and then flew to the final in Los Angeles. Their choreography, on the theme of domestic violence, allows them to win the title of world champions in July 2018.

The two dancers participate in the same year in the show "La France a un Incroyable Talent" and finish second. Their performance touched both the jury and viewers and goes viral on the social medias (180 mios of views).
